We want you to be happy with your purchase of Lid. If the App doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a straightforward refund policy.
If you are not satisfied with Lid's Lifetime Unlock for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date. No questions asked.

If your MacBook does not have a compatible lid angle sensor and the App cannot function on your device, we will issue a full refund regardless of the 14-day window. Please contact us with your Mac model information.
The free version of Lid does not involve any payment, so no refund is applicable. You can use the free tier indefinitely to evaluate the App before purchasing.
